Lost purchases after switching phones

I recently switched my phone and some of my purchases weren't restored. This isn't the first time this has happened. How can I get my items back?

Great you have a new phone, sorry to hear you lost your purchases. Your progress and gold bars are registered on King server and therefore you will find them when you log in with the same account on a new device.
Boosters are stored in your device's memory and they cannot be transferred between devices. We recommend using as many as possible on your old device, before picking up your progress in the game on your new one.

I'm going to need them back the transfer already happened and I can't use that device. That's terrible that they don't transfer over. I paid a lot of money for them!!

I advise you to contact player support and maybe they can help you. Not sure because in the Help Center is said: “ The following events will mean your Boosters cannot be recovered or replaced:
You started playing on a new device
- Boosters cannot be transferred between devices, so we'd recommend you use as many as possible on your old device, before picking up your progress in the game on your new one.”
If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device. That way Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. You need to do:
- Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear
- Tap on the ? mark
- Tap on Purchases and Gold Bars
- Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Contact Us"
