    Hello!

    In the community we do not send emails regarding issues. the only emails you'll get from the community are notifications related: you receive emails when someone mentions you in the community or posts in certain threads. They all can be disabled in your community profile settings.

    If you contacted Player Support (customer service) from here, then you're expected to receive emails from them. In this case, please check your spam emails.

    Hello @szenner welcome to the Community.

    I am very sorry you are experiencing a purchase problem 😕. This issue only occurs on Windows app when purchasing via Microsoft Store and it affects more games. However, the cause of this problem has been found and a fix will be there soon. In the meantime, please try this workaround:

    -Open Microsoft Store

    -Locate your Account Settings in the top right corner of the screen

    -Select App Settings

    -Turn on the ‘Purchase sign-in' feature

    -Go back to the game and try making a purchase once again
