I love my hot tea with a moderate amount of dairy milk but no sugar please.

My herbal tea with a bit of raw honey.

And my Iced Tea with Stevia and a lemon wedge.

My iced tea = 4 bags green tea, 3 bags decaf black and 2 bags of regular black steeped for 24 hours in a half gallon glass pitcher with filtered water that has just begun to boil ; then transferred to gallon pitcher with another 1/2 gallon cold filtered water with 2 TB. of lemon juice added. Served over ice, Yummy!

I've never been a regular coffee drinker, but when I do, I drink it black -- no cream, no sugar. I guess that would be 1A. I prefer my caffeine from Diet Coke.

Oh no I do not drink coffee or tea these drink's are not for me as I drink Orange juice in the morning and water the rest of the day sometime's an occasional coke-a-cola but that's it H2O does the body good.....
