My day starts like yours, 3 coffees 2C first thing in the morning. Every now and then I enjoy an iced coffee but still in the morning 😊

Hi @FluffyDinosaur,

I never drink coffee, don't like it. In the mornings I drink 1st a fruit juice followed by a green tea or an early grey, no sugar, 30min later. In summer during the day I drink eventualy iced lemon tea.

Wow, salt! I've never heard of salt in coffee but I have a little salt in hot chocolate. I'll try that next time I have a cup

This is an interesting question. I mostly drink tea and I don't put too much milk in it. But if it's black coffee I put A LOT of milk in it to reduce the bitterness, and I only drink that thing when I really have to stay awake 😂.

I drunk loads of tea, always with milk, no sugar
