My apologies that's something that we here in the Community have no control over, although you can contact Player Support you can find them to the right hand side of this screen under "Quick Links " scroll down until you see "Support " click on this feature and when the screen comes up follow the instructions and explain your issues and concerns about your game and purchase, make sure to include your Game ID as you can find this in your game under your Avatar, double tap on your Avatar and you'll see the Game ID....so fill out your issues and concerns about your game and include your Game ID and email address as this is how Support will contact you through your email address send your message to Support and someone from Support will contact you.....and give you assistance...please let me know if this helps you...

I am sorry to hear about your purchase issue 😔 Unfortunately we cannot handle purchase issues in the Community, due to personal information, but Player Support can. If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device. That way Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:
- Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear
- Tap on the ? mark
- Tap on Purchases and Gold Bars
- Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Contact Us"
If you don’t play on mobile or Windows app, please contact Player Support Team HERE. Describe briefly your complaint, and don’t forget to mention your Game ID, how to find: HERE
