Missing prizes. I clicked on the prizes but they never came thru. There was 5 of them

Clicked on my prizes there was 5 of them never received them. How do I get them. Thanks

Did you try to log out - close Soda app - restart device - open Soda app- log in - pass any easy level to reconnect to the server?

If your prizes don't come back then your option would be to contact Player Support (customer service) to send your missing items.

• 📱How to contact Player Support from mobile devices: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.
