Loads of stuff gone!

Level 1

I can still play the game but suddenly overnight I no longer have any events, no team - nothing. I can just play on my own. I have the game backed up and have cleared the cache as suggested, I also have over 5GB storage left. All my things that have been suggested. I'm on a Google Android phone.

    Hello @littlemissg and welcome to Soda community!

    thank you for providing infos and screenshots. 🙌

    do you see a connection error message in your profile settings in Soda that says: "there was a connection error, try again in a bit?"

    As of now I'm not aware of any general issues in Soda.

    If you don't see any kind of connection error, then the issue should solve itself eventually. Blank Soda map may happen from time to time, especially after the app updates and it is usually solved with troubleshooting.

    It can be frustrating as you may have to repeat the steps 3-4 times

    • check for Soda and device updates
    • check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
    • provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server

    *If you own Android mobile, visit Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters

    I also have an Android mobile and after troubleshooting what also helps me in such cases is to open an old level, pass the level/quit the level, force close the app, open the app and repeat this 3-4 times. Because after clearing cache of Soda app, the map is always empty so it takes some time to reconnect to the server and reload the theme and the events widgets
