In this case, I assume that you're not able to see your game user ID, if you tap twice on the King logo that is visible in your picture, correct?

Do you play through King or Facebook account?
I see in your screenshot you want to create a King account. If you already have a King account, you have to select “Already have a King account. Log in with email” and use the same credentials 😉

What is going on? I have lost all my incentive to play…it won’t connect, cannot buy anything and cannot play the other games to earn bricks, fish etc.. it’s been days!

details from the players' affected games would help the Soda Game Studio.
- Do you see "there was a connection problem, try again in a bit" in profile settings of Soda app?
- what is your game user ID number? check out this guide on how to find it. Tap twice on the King logo in Soda profile settings
- which device do you use? (make and model)

Can you still play or do you also see a login connection error? Or do you want to make a purchase and then a connection error? 🤔
cannot play the other games to earn bricks, fish etc.. Do you have problems with the other games too?
I see in another thread you can access the store but not on iPad?
Perhaps your iPad isn’t connected? Please try this to see if this helps: Force close your apps, turn off your device for at least 1 minute, restart your device. Check for any device or app updates and ensure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.

I'm getting the same error on many devices on android galaxy s21 and galaxy x cover pro and others but nothing is working and I couldn't find the ID from the game because already tried re installing it but I was able to get this ID from Facebook apps. I even tried backup the game on king account by creating one it also not working showing connection problem.

all we can do know is waiting for updates on this issues. As of this morning the Studio was investigating this problem
