Can't Chat with Team

Hello Soda Team

I can read Chat from others but can't Chat in return

The image below shows letters in my chat box that I can't remove

which device are you playing on?

I tried the chat and I was able to send a message through Android app.

But it seems I had the same problem as yours on Windows app. I logged out and logged in and I can type on Windows app now

Did you try troubleshooting to see if it helps?

I am playing on my Win 10 laptop. I will log out and back in

I thought my chat problem was solved on my Win 10 device. Reference the top of this page

When I closed my game and returned I lose chat again. I can log out and back in and chat is good but it takes me thru the "Bake a Cake" feature

I have done the following troubleshooting with no resolve and lost all boosters:

Are you having problems with the games in Windows 10?

Does the app suddenly crash, freeze, don’t want to connect to Facebook, or just don’t load? Don’t worry, resetting the app usually fixes most issues.

• Click on the Windows icon down to the left on your PC.
• Choose ‘Settings’, the icon that looks like a cogwheel.
• Go to ‘Apps’, then to ‘Apps & features.
• Find the game you have issues with and go to ‘Advanced options.
• Click on ‘Reset’.
