Lost 5 years of game play PLEASE HELP!!

The email I used 5 years ago was shut down and now I cannot access my account to reset password or change email. I am totally locked out of my account. I tried sending emails and just get back a canned reply. I need a real person to help me correct my email so I can recover my 5 years.

    I'm sorry to hear about this. Community forum is not able to reset your password or alternatively restore your progress on a new King account (new email address), only Player Support (customer care) can.

    Please contact Player Support (customer service) and ask them to change password/ email address in your oldKing account or manually put you at the desired current level on a new King account:


    • ๐Ÿ“ฑContact Player Support from mobile device: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "my game progress"- "how do I save progress"- scroll down and click "contact us". Selects topics: "problem with my game" and "game didn't save". Explain your problem and send.
