Everything is blank
Level 1
All the team challenges, kim's candy cannon, badge competitions, and episode races have disappeared. It's been like this all day. I can still play levels and I'm getting notifications that the bakery is open or a teammate has checked off a tile but when I tap the notification, it's just this basic app with none of the fun extras. Anyone else? Help please ๐ญ I always place top 3 in the competitions and I'm going to lose my win streak
I'm on a Google pixel 3 and my app is up-to-date. This is a screenshot of what it looks like when the game is fully loaded since the change ๐

Please try the troubleshooting (you may have to repeat this a few times):
provided you saved your progress with a King account, go to profile and log out of the game - clear the cache ->ย not dataย ย that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game- play/replay some easy levels. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not dataโ๏ธ)
My map showed the same as yours when I logged in, so I logged out and back in and all events were back and my map was changed in Rain Season ๐.

Ugh... It worked yesterday and today I logged in and it has reverted back to being blank. I don't understand why this keeps happening.

Sorry to hear you have the same experience again @apriljoanne ๐ Sometimes the game needs to reconnect to the servers. Log out (try not via profile, but force close the app.) then log in. If the map hasnโt changed, please repeat logging out and logging in again.
