Rescue Buddies not gathering points?

Correct. After clearing cache on both devices today, I won a level on each device and it did not add to the stars on Rescue Buddies. I was a little unclear on where the cache for Candy Crush Soda Saga on Windows 10 would be stored but I log into Facebook from Chrome so I cleared the cache in Chrome.

I am also not accumulating points in Rescue Buddies. I have passed 14 levels and 34 stars. None of that has been credited. I’m on an iPad with the latest version and enough memory.

Hello, I am having the same issue. Unfortunately I only just noticed today that stars weren’t being collected. I’m playing on my iPhone.

I never received any communication from anyone else beyond here, but I am now accumulating stars with this new session of Rescue Buddies. After missing out on two sessions, I'm glad it's working again. It would be very helpful to know what changed?

Hello again @fromafar3 Thank you for telling me it’s working now. I hadn’t gotten any news back, so I couldn’t tell you more. But since I did forward it I assume the Studio looked into it and fixed it. So I’m glad you mention it 👍.

I am also having the same problem now. I have cleared my cache, restarted my phone and stars are still not being collected in Rescue Buddies.

I am not collecting stars in Rescue Buddies either. It collected three stars from games I played, now multiple games later it is not recognizing any stars. Out of the last 5 rounds of rescue buddies, only 1 seemed to work properly. I have cleared my cache, restarted and still not working. Samsung galaxy s6.

Same on my end, it's not doing anything. Playing through the CCSS-app on a Windows10 PC. I've played some levels, but nothing happens...

I have won at least 10 levels and I have not received any stars. Except for the first 3 since the onset of the new event. This has happened before, but then it was fixed. Now it is happening again. Will you please fix this problem? Thank you.
