Why is my game freezing at end of every round? Not recording any progress. I have re-set

Hello @HaMa the freezing was fixed, like you said yourself. If you’re referring to your other questions:

1 receive /ask for lives. There was an issue and I’m not sure if it’s fixed. If you have Social Hub, you could ask for lives there.

2 not connecting to the Store. Please check if you have a strong and stable internet connection and clear cache.

3 if you don’t see Episode Race a new race may start after playing some levels.

Thank you @Yosca --- My problem got fixed by myself and a computer pro (friend of mine). The source of MY problem was that the Microsoft Store App had stopped working. After it was uninstalled and installed again (by my friend via TeamViewer), the game came back last night.

I've been playing some levels today, and see my friends list is back, and all is working fine. Just that I lost 10 levels which I am trying to get back ---> @Pitty_Kitty has given me the help for this, and I just received a mail from King.
