How do i sync my ipad and phone

The level is the same but i have lost my daily progress on my ipad. I have seen an answer that tells me to log out but when i go to that it tells me i will lose all progress

If you use the same account (email address+ password) on both devices, your progress and gold bars will be synced. If you log out and then log in again using your credentials, you'll find the game as you left it, provided you.don't reinstall the app which would delete boosters locally saved on your device. Boosters are not saved on King servers like progress and gold bars which will be always retrievable, even if you reinstall the app.

Daily log in streak is like boosters. It's saved on the device local storage. It's not something that can be synced with another device nor transferred over. Each device has its own daily streak. If the streak is broken it cannot be restored unless the game offers you to spend gold bars to restore it. But this option is not available to everyone yet.
