Hi,

I would really appreciate if someone of King.com would help me before I go MAD.

CC soda crash, freeze,close during game and/or ads or the adds goes 30 sec to 0 in 1 second.

I can loose all my 5 lives in five try... My ID is9486139032.

Please give me THE one and only solution...

Before getting to one solution we have to find out what's going on in your game first. 🙂

that's why we need to explore all possible routes to give us clues

• when did this start?
• Is the crashing caused only after you watch ads? If you don't watch ads, does Soda app crashes?
• I don't understand your point about lives. Can you elaborate on that? 5 lives are supposed to be lost after 5 tries if level is not passed

please try troubleshooting and let me know if the problem still persists since you didn't mention you tried it yet:

• Check for Soda app and device updates
• check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
• provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
• you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times

*If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
