Purchased and the the screen froze

Hi there I purchased a package to help me get through a level and the screen froze and I had to shut the game down and reboot. I lost the advantage of having 15 minutes with all the advantages. Can you please get back to me? Thanks in advance, Marnie

    I am very sorry to hear you had this problem. Unfortunately we cannot handle purchase issues in the Community, due to personal information, but Player Support can.

    If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device.  That way Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:

    - Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear

    - Tap on the ? mark

    - Tap on Purchases and Gold Bars

    -  Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue

    - Scroll down to the bottom and tap  "Contact Us"

    Hopefully they are able to help you out! It sounds like your game crashed at the wrong time. This happened to me before and I was refunded. Good luck!
