Wasn't able to claim the 8 hour bonus. How do I get it back?

I got an 8 hour game time bonus earlier today since it's the 8th birthday of Candy Crush Soda Saga but before I could claim it, it was gone. How can I get it back?

That’s weird you couldn’t claim it 🤔 I’m playing on 2 devices and when I opened the other device I didn’t receive the 8 hours play, as it was already sent to my other device. Maybe you have tried this too?

The Community can’t reimburse this, sorry.
