Hi! I was several levels into Kimmy’s Arcade when the game crashed. I opened it back up but of course the Arcade was no longer free to play. I had won several good prizes—is there any way to get them back?

Boosters won for free won’t be reimbursed but you can contact Player Support to see if they can help you.

If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device.  All you need to do is:

- Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear

- Tap on the ? mark

- Tap on Purchases and Gold Bars

-  Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue

- Scroll down to the bottom and tap  "Contact Us"
