I’m missing gold bars. I collect them and they don’t reflect. Why?

I have won races and tried to collect my gold bars and I’m still stuck with 7. This has happened at least 5 times

    do you see any kind of connection error message in your game app that might interfere with features functionality?

    For example do you read "there was a connection error, try again in a bit" when you visit profile settings in Soda app?

    if you don't see it, then you can proceed with contacting customer service directly from your game app. In case of features that malfunction and rewards that don't arrive, only costumer service can rectify this and look into the problem

    How to contact Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.

    If this issue keeps happening, I suggest to try troubleshooting steps to make sure the game is in optimal conditions, .

    If the problem keeps happening after these steps, there might be some kind of bug in the game and we can gather gaming details to pass on Soda Studio so they look into this

    • check for Soda and device updates
    • check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
    • provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
    • you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times

    *it depends on on the type of the device. Read all details here.

    If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters

    If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data
