Why can’t I play on iOS 10 anymore?

From the 30th of November it will no longer be possible to play Candy Crush Soda Saga on iOs 10. That means that if your device uses iOS 10, you won’t be able to play any new levels, and you won’t receive any new features or events.

Online Player vs Player features will also be unavailable when playing on an older version of the game. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Feel free to ask any questions you might have in this discussion.

Hello @teasir Earlier iOS versions do indeed experience problems, including crashing or freezing of the game 😕

To open a new discussion or ask a question, tap or click on one of the buttons (discussion, support etc) at the top of the page.

I use IOS 12.5.7 which is always crashing. Does it not play on this IPad?

Are you able to install a higher iOS version? At the moment we have iOS 16.3.1 and compared to that, your version is quite low. What iPad model do you use?

Did you check for game updates?
