I won the episode race TWICE and it will not give my points to move fw to get my rewards. Which I payed for the extra ones. So I'll be wasting my money since there's only 3 days left. I want my money or my points.

I’m sorry to hear you won’t be credited with points when you complete the quest. Did you do the quest, to win the Episode Race, on this device? If not, then you won’t get points.

Please try to clear the cache, hopefully that will fix it.

Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

The Community cannot handle purchase issues in the Community, due to personal information, or send a refund but Player Support can. If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device.  That way Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:

- Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear

- Tap on the ? mark

- Tap on Purchases and Gold Bars

-  Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue

- Scroll down to the bottom and tap  "Contact Us"
