Hello

My app kept crashing mid-game so I tried to re-install the game but now have lost the 24-hr lives I had (had 10 hours left) and also the boosters. I was logged into my King account so I still have the levels but everything else is gone - including friends. Can this be resolved?

As for friends, do you mean Social hub feature disappeared?

I suggest to play any level, close the app, open the app and repeat the steps until the app reconnects to the servers, Social Hub should reappear

Hello @kennnn and welcome to Soda community!

Boosters and lives are items stored on your device local storage. Only levels and gold bars are saved on King servers and can be retrieved anytime anywhere if you use a game account.

Unfortunately this means boosters and lives are permanently deleted or lost if you reinstall the app or change device.

Usually items won for free are not replaced by King customer service while purchased items that were lost can be always refunded.

though since a glitch happened you might try asking them anyway:

• How to contact Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.
