    I understand you're new to the community and you're experiencing a game problem but you keep ignoring our requests to explain better what's going on in your game.

    Hello @Darkness4darksid

    Since no further details have been provided about this issue, I can only suggest troubleshooting steps here.

    If they don't solve the situation, then last resort option is trying to uninstall and reinstall the app. You should be able to log in to your game account after.

    Note that you can restore your levels after reinstalling the app and logging in since you've been using a game account to save your progress.

    However all your boosters will be deleted once you uninstall the app. You may contact King Player support and ask for a replacement in case you lose purchased items

    • How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Fill in the form, explain your problem and send.
