Game keeps shutting down

Hiya my nana plays candy crush saga, I have uninstalled it and downloaded it a few times now and the game keeps shutting off when she clicks on her levels. She doesn’t understand it. She uses a iPhone 7 and we have updated the phone to the newest IOS update and the game is on its latest update but it’s still happening! Any recommendations about what we can do?
