Once again my Candy Crush Soda level is freezing on my p/c. In addition, it indicates I have passed the level when not. I play every day and make specials to beat the level but to no avail!!

    1. do you play on Soda app downloaded from Microsoft Store?
    2. or do you play on browser on Facebook?
    3. what is the make and model of your device?
    4. does your device have at least 2 GB of free storage? did you check for your device updates?
    5. If you play on Microsoft Soda app, did you check for app updates?
    6. What is the latest version of Soda app?
    7. Also what do you mean it indicates you passed a level when you didn't? Feel free to share screenshots of your game as they're always helpful
    8. What is your game user ID?
