Into the 5th month of nothing

Hi @laureyanne , I wanted to let you know we're really committed to solve this for you, and are investigating your game. Unfortunately, it seems the developers have not been able to find the cause of the issue yet.

I wanted to ask some follow up questions to see if we can get some more information on the issue:

• Have you tried playing Soda on another device (another phone or Windows for example), and if so is the issue still there?
• Have you tried playing a couple of levels, is the issue still there?
• Would it be possible for you to share a screen recording of how the game looks when you start it?
