When I open the game, and when I open a level it takes forever to load. It doesn't happen when loading anything else in the game It almost seems purposeful so that 5 or 10 minute boosters are being eaten up. No other king game has this problem or any other app I use.

    Please provide further details in order to understand the situation 🙂

    1. what is the make and model of your device?
    2. does your device have at least 2 GB of free storage?
    3. did you check for your device updates? Did you check for Soda app updates?
    4. What is the latest version of Soda app installedil in your device?
    5. What is your game user ID?

    Also kindly let me know if the issue still persists after checking troubleshooting

    • provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
    • you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times

    *it depends on on the type of the device. Read all details here.

    If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters

    If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data

    If you own a Kindle fire, check this out
