On the events section it says "Back soon" but in the group chat I keep getting messages saying a layer has been baked and there are prizes to be collected. Why can't I help bake or collect prizes? I haven't had this problem before. Any ideas?

Hi everyone!
We understand your frustration with Bake A Cake not being available and have shared the feedback with the studio making Candy Crush Soda Saga.
At the moment, most Soda features is not available to all players at all times. With so many fun features in the game, we sometimes have to spread out the fun a bit. This means it's not an error if you have different features available in your game from your friends game for example. It's likely at times you will have things your friends don't have and vice versa. I understand this can be annoying though, and have provided the feedback to the studio.
But don't worry, Bake A Cake will be back in your game in the future! 😊

However, right now I don’t have Bake a Cake either (and many others) so I think the Studio has postponed the event.

I now see "bakery opens soon" so I'm hoping the event will start later 🤞

For 3 weeks no Bake a cake loaded and finally last weekend after much complaining there it appeared. I was so excited that I made extra purchases from the shop just to feel I was progressing again in the game.
To my utter disappointment no bake a cake again today and no pop message received either. The struggle is real people, why must you frustrate us this much. All we want to do is play!!!!!!!
Along with the other changes, there is no cake build today. Game is starting to suck big time.

Maybe the studio postponed it 🤔 We have heard nothing so far.
Have the same issue here some possible reasons i have came across,
1) they moved the day the bakery opens as i have seen before it used to open on mondays then it got moved to wednesday then to fridays were it has been for over a year.
2) or it is just messed up with some sort of tecnical issues which i hope will be sorted asap

Same problem here. I can’t bake anymore now due to lack of access. Everything else is working fine.
I still get the connection error when I try to release chef's hats. Also, today the game freezes after every move making it very difficult to play. User ID 111604823842
Now it won't tick the tile I just completed, saying I'm not connected. I give up. 😋 Hope it's fixed soon.

I can't play in the bakery, it says there are connection issues. It has been this way for several days. I am able to play the regular game.
I have also been unable to access the bakery on my Kindle Fire. I am able to access it on my PC and Android phone. I really hope you can fix it soon. I'm letting my team down.😕

I'm having an issue with the bakery. It says there is a connection issue and they are working on it. This happened before a few months ago and it was back up in a couple days. Its been like 4 days now. Can anyone tell me how much longer it will be?

Well you're lucky you received something. I haven't received anything, it's still the same, and I don't have any of the other events plus no one can read my messages in the chat either, I don't get lives when I ask...my game is just full of bugs

I’m not able to bake cakes with my team because they don’t load. It says coming soon, but I never get one anymore. I can see the chat so I know my teammates are playing. They told me to reboot so I’ll try that, but Soda also sent me back to Day one on my progress 4 days ago for no reason. I did not miss a day. Please help!

We're working hard to resolve the issues with the Bake a Cake feature, but unfortunately, we have not been able to find a solution that works for everyone yet. I understand that this has been frustrating for many of you, but I wanted to let you know that developers are investigating this issue. This however, means the issues will likely still be in the next round of Bake a Cake that starts today.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issues. We know that many of you have invested a lot of time and effort in Soda and we are doing everything we can to ensure that you can continue to enjoy the game to the fullest.

HeyHey last night I ordered a booster pack for 19 bucks. It was to come with 130 gold bars. Well I got all the boosters except for the gold bars! That's never happened before I've emailed them a couple times no response yet. Has this happened to anyone?
