On the events section it says "Back soon" but in the group chat I keep getting messages saying a layer has been baked and there are prizes to be collected. Why can't I help bake or collect prizes? I haven't had this problem before. Any ideas?

Hi everyone!
We understand your frustration with Bake A Cake not being available and have shared the feedback with the studio making Candy Crush Soda Saga.
At the moment, most Soda features is not available to all players at all times. With so many fun features in the game, we sometimes have to spread out the fun a bit. This means it's not an error if you have different features available in your game from your friends game for example. It's likely at times you will have things your friends don't have and vice versa. I understand this can be annoying though, and have provided the feedback to the studio.
But don't worry, Bake A Cake will be back in your game in the future! 😊
It's Friday again and again no cake to bake. I give up. I agree with all those who write on this stream.
Your add on " fun features" are useless to those of us who have no levels to play.
Furthermore, new levels today, which automatically put the Wonderball on the board, with 24 hours to complete. I don't want to use these levels today, but if I dont. I will lose the Wonderball.
Everything is designed to ' punish' the every day players who are at the end of the line.
If this is intentional, and you would rather keep adding new players than supply REGULAR games for all, then let us know. I will move on to another company who has the staffing and the interest in keeping old-timers happy.

Just my two cents:
Bake the Cake is like the staple of CCSS!!! Take that away and you'll find more unsatisfied customers. It's like taking candy from a child. This feature is much needed especially for those who play a lot because in order to continue you need as much help as necessary. A little help means a great deal to us. Since this feature is also a team effort, it encourages team work. It's nice to play with your team sometimes since majority of the features are individually driven. That's why I like this feature along with Shipmates which you need your friends' help to complete.
There are other features that can be spread out like Rescue Buddies, Kimmy's Arcade, 4 in a Row, etc. but not Bake the Cake. You don't hear people complaining when they don't have those features available @ week but with Bake the Cake, the need is visible.
So please express our frustrations to the Developers and encourage them to bring this feature back to "EVERYONE"!

You keep on telling us the same old prepared message. We don't want to hear about more features, rather have less but make the existing game work efficiently for all. Do you even have a technical team at a studio to resolve this. 3 weekends in a row and looking at the numerous complaints and comments I don't think you have a handle on your capabilities
This is an unacceptable answer for those who are consistently at the end of the levels. (See the stream that you directed me to ). All are in agreement that Cake Bake is the only opportunity, as you wait for new levels, to win and get boosters. If my cake bake does not return tomorrow, I will likely evaporate all Soda games. I am no longer having fun

I haven’t been able to bake a cake in last weeks baking on Friday or today’s. I have logged out, logged back in, reinstalled, checked for updates and is still not working. Can someone tell me how I can submit a ticket to get that fixed or whatever it is that I need to do. Thank you.

Bakery Problem is NOT SOLVED. I receive points from my teammate's play. No boosters and no cake to bake. Have cleared cache, no updates available to game or device, started and restarted, logged in and out multiple. Every time I have levels to play (I am always oat the end of the line each week) there is some bug that again prevents me from getting boosters, gold bars, etc. I remain frustrated. Really am getting ready to quit this game.
I play on up to date Windows 10 laptop, ID 8706866569. Please respond with assistance not same advice as always, which does not work

I have a problem with the Bakery.. my team seems to be baking but I can’t access the Bakery 🥲
We get all sorts of messages about the Bakery 🥯🧁🍰🎂but it's still Closed, We completed All the Cakes, and ran out of points, We are at Level 20?? Is anyone going to make up some more Levels??? I have the same problem, for a long time all of my team could bake a cake every week again. But now I see the rest of my team is baking the cake and I don't get it any more! It's no fun anymore when I can't bake and get some boosters!! Please King, solve this!? Played and had fun with it for a long time, am at level 10147 now, but without the possibility to regularly win some boosters, it is not as nice to play this game, if this doesn't get solved, i'm thinking to stop playing this.
