Do you play on Soda app downloaded from Microsoft store or Facebook website through a browser (e.g Chrome, Edge etc)? Find info how to clear cache 👉 HERE Be careful, don’t delete data, you will lose your boosters!
If you play the game on Soda app from Microsoft store check there for the latest update:
open Microsoft Store - click on library on the left - click on games - click on Candy Crush Soda Saga - scroll down and you find the app version. If there are updates, you can find it on the right.

Hi @JonnyCashP , we asked the developers to take a look at your game with the help of the ID you provided and it looks like you are having this issue due to being signed out of the game. If possible, try to go the account view in the game and see if you can log out and then log in. If that doesn't work, we advice that you reinstall the game. Unfortunately, reinstalling the game will make you lose all your boosters.

Yeah I couldn't log in or out. When I went to the account page and tried to enter my email and password it wouldn't even let me type anything in the space. So I reinstalled the game and then when I click on the have you played before icon I get the same problem. Maybe I am using an incompatible browser? I am on Chrome so do I need to play it on another browser?
Because now it looks like I have to start from the beginning again and while I can play, I can't seem to log in to the game. It would be a shame to lose all the progress I had already made (over 3 years worth!). The games was working fine until the last 2 or 3 weeks so I don't understand why it is having so much issues now for me.

Hello @JonnyCashP Did you check for browser updates? You may check out this site. King recommends Chrome browser, among others, so that should not cause a problem, but you can try Mozilla firefox as well.
Did you check for Windows update?

Yes all of my browser and windows are up to date. The issue is I can't seem to log into the game using the app. When I try to type information in it just goes blank and then when I run the mouse over it there is a red apostrophe (!) on the side and no explanation why info can't be entered. I don't know why it is doing that at all
