Facebook Friends

The last two days my Facebook friends aren’t showing up on Candy Crush Soda and CandyCrushSaga. I have signed out and re-signed in and still no Facebook friends up here. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear about that. Do you play on app with Facebook? If you play on app, your friends list might be temporarily gone due to a new feature that might have appeared on your game: Social Hub

Try troubleshooting to see if it helps to get your Facebook friends list back:

provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data  that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.

Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

Also, check your app permission. When you give an app access to your Facebook account, that access expires after 90 days. The app then loses access to your account, which may affect your progress and friends list. Click on the link below how to find out:
