Problem With Bake a Cake

On the events section it says "Back soon" but in the group chat I keep getting messages saying a layer has been baked and there are prizes to be collected. Why can't I help bake or collect prizes? I really like this part of the game and haven't had any problems before. Can you help please? ID is 12850658875

I followed the instructions given and nothing changed. I even uninstalled and reinstalled, but still can't play. Is there anything that can be done to fix this so I can play? Upsetting to say the least.
