Who do I contact to replace all of the boosters and prizes I lost due to this update?

Hello,

I had a lot of boosters, 16 pie pieces (4 full pies to clear levels), idk how many lottipop piece crackers. Many I bought and many I won with teams. They are all gone. I hate this update all together. I'd like what I had to be replaced asap. You gave no notice whatsoever so we could at least use what we had. I've spend my fair share on this game over the many years I've played. Now, I don't even want to play. Please advise who I can contact directly regarding the loss of my purchases/winnings.

    I am sorry about this. It shouldn't be the case that you lose your boosters after an update 🤔.

    Let's try troubleshooting first:

    provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data  that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.

    *Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)

    *Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data

    If that doesn’t bring back your purchased boosters, please contact Player Support. The Community cannot replace or resend purchases but Player Support can. If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device.  That way Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:


    - Tap on the blue gear

    - Tap on the ? mark

    - Tap on “My Purchases“

    -  Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue

    - Scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Contact Us"
