Batula balls

I had a connection problem on June 29 n had To reinstall the app , which made me lose all my boosters, an extra lives. I reached out to support and they helped me out and replaced some of my boosters And also switched my batula balls bak to Gold because I’m over level 5000. However, Sunday when I got bak on my batula balls all had gone back to Blue, which only has a one or two items in it. Nothing to help me get through the higher levels like the lollipop hammer. HELP! I need the gold ones bak to get anywhere at this level. They were fixed but now they’re not again. I have to say I don’t like the new game because you have to wait forever to get lives from friends. I’ve received over 10 requests from other people, but have not received any lives bak n u can only send one req out n wait. I used to play all day. Now I can’t even get lives to play. Why change a good thing up this much? Please give my GOLD BATULA BALLS BAK n fix the lives.

Batula and his wonder balls have disappeared and I really want to get him back. I have used his help a lot and am really missing it. All was working fine till I joined the new challenge this morning and now I don’t know how to get Batula back. If this isn’t possible I think is will stop playing the game

I'm afraid community forum is not able to deal with compensations or refunds; only King Player Support is able to do so, after contacting them from Soda app.

I'm surprised but happy to hear they were able to restore some of Batula's streak; as far as we know the streak is not something that can be restored after it's broken or lost. Hopefully King Player Support might be able to help you again 🙂

As for the lives, Soda developers updated Social Hub feature. Read all the infos available and feel free to share which aspects you like and dislike and why, in the dedicated discussion:
