I recently got a new phone in which all my apps transferred over from my old phone. When I log into my game I am on my same level and have the same amount of gold bars. However, my friends list, boosters, extra games on the side, are not available. When I click on my profile picture and try to log into my account (even though I’m on my correct account) it keeps giving me connection error unable to connect please try again later. My friend list pops up when I ask for extra lives but it won’t let me send the request to anyone

    Hello @Kfaires09 and welcome to Soda community!

    When the game is transferred to a new device, progress and gold bars can be restored while boosters usually cannot. Boosters are data saved on old device local storage and not King servers.

    Tha being said, it looks like something went wrong when you installed Soda app or logged in on your new device, do you see this type of error?

    If you do, did you try to reinstall the app again on your new device?It's usually the most effective solution.

    With this error, Soda app is offline: your progress and god bars can't sync, your side games and features don't work properly and you also can't contact King Player Support directly from the app for customer service.
