 Look at my screenshots. I'm in the social corner, I help my friends, all my friends. I click on the help button. No problem, it's validated. Then, I ask for a life and for answer I have an error message telling me "No internet access" whereas I have just played and sent lives and boosters. What is the problem??

I understand your frustration but without those infomation I asked, I can't move forward and ask community manager to look at your game.
