What I gather from your screenshot is that you completed 3 sets. When you have completed all 4 sets you should see this.
I had a similar error, so what you can do is close the Adventure Season icon, play a level or check 4 in a Row, or shipmates. Then open the season icon again and check your progress. If the 4th set is still not completed, play/replay levels with wrapped candy. Then check the season icon again.
I know it's a bit cumbersome but it's worth trying.
You will not receive a reward in boosters as this season will be slightly different from previous seasons, read more here
