Why do I get the "app not active" error when I try and connect an fb account on android?

I've tried everything, and I'm not sure how to get it to work. I want to connect my fb account because I had that before. But all I get now are errors.

There is a known Facebook issue and all King games have vanished.

They are aware of it and are working on getting them all back asap. We don’t know how long it will take, sorry.

You can still play on Windows 10 or mobile devices app.

Thanks. I used to be able to, on Android and IOS, but when it stopped working, I didn't know why.
