Reward Pass not showing up

I paid for the deluxe rewards for medium level but it is showing highest level and asking me to pay $12.99. I already paid 7.99. How do I get those back?

That's strange that you see another de Luxe pass while you chose the medium pass. Try to force close the game app, reboot your device and log in. Replay a few levels and check the Rewards Pass icon. If you still see the Big Pass I recommend you contact King Player Support.

If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device.  That way Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:

- Tap on the blue gear

- Tap on the ? mark

- Tap on “My Purchases“

-  Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue

- Scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Contact Us"
