I don't think it's possible to pass 12.000 levels in 2 days but players have the option to contact Player Support. An access problem might have happened to their old account (for example, the account got accidentally merged to someone else's, the account was hacked, credentials have been lost etc) so they need to create a new account and ask Support to manually restore progress. This way they don't need to start over

If you speak English well and you understand what bots are, I ask you to help me and explain to other players what it is. Please.
In the game, I call fake players bots. These are fake accounts that don't play. They were created for some other purpose.
For example, to create mass character in the game. Or, for example, if there are no players in the game of "4 in a row" that can be put together in a team, then the game will add bots to me so that I do not have to wait for "free" players for several hours or days. (I think that's how this bot ended up on the same 4-in-a-row team with me.)
Bots are not real people. These are tens, hundreds or thousands of accounts that are centrally managed by a person or an IT program.

Because king3684 is not an account. This is the number automatically assigned to the player. If this player had an account, then instead of "king3684" we would see some name that the player provided when registering the account.
The name format "king****" just tells us that this is not a King account. This is a player without an account.

I have a a problem with understanding
I am not techie at all. I know some things from experience, and have experienced many glitches, which lead me to my own conclusions about games, not just King. These Bots people talk about, I would like to know more, as this is not right in my eyes.
