    Hello @Maicatope and welcome to Soda community!

    Regarding the problem of accounts that got merged into one. This happens when players use different accounts on the same Soda app. It's recommended not to log in to multiple accounts on the same Soda app because there's a great risk of merging accounts.

    Once accounts merge, they cannot be separated. At this point, the players who lost their progress have the option to create a different account with a different email address and contact King Player Support to manually restore progress on them.

    • How to contact Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" icon- visit "my game progress"- "how do I save progress"- scroll down and click "contact us". Make sure to select the correct topics: "lost progress or items" and "I lost my progress". Explain your problem, add your current level and send.

    As for weekly contest championship streak (arrive first in Weekly Contest three times in a row), badges can be lost or not saved if multiple accounts and multiple devices for the same account are used.

    If you play Soda on one game account and on one device only but still experience this issue please let me know so we can investigate this.
