I have a problem. I got to level 5000 and can't claim rewards.

It's telling me I have a connection problem, but I don't because i am on line. No matter what I do I can't move on, it's also telling me my email address is already in use and won't accept my password. Also on the game it won't let me claim any reward. Anyone able to help, Please. Thanks Jan
