Why Am I Not Getting Bakery Rewards?
I received 2 notifications that there was a reward in the bakery. When I opened the bakery, I did not get the claim reward button, even though my teammate had won the first 2 levels. I checked and I did not have them added to my boosters. I completed the third level and got my reward for that but why did I not get the reward for the first 2 levels? This happened to me in the last bakery but I did not pursue it. I would like to get my missing bakery rewards.

Oh no grr, this sounds frustrating! Would you please reach out to our player support team by going to the settings menu in the game and then pressing the "?" button? They might be able to help you out.

Now I am really confused because that is what I did initially and I received this email:

So I was just directed to the help center or community, where there were no answers to my problem. So I thought I was posting this in support to try to get some help. I am frustrated because I am still not getting my rewards after trying again, making the bakery a big waste of time. I am also frustrated because it is so hard to get help when there is a problem.

Baked several layers of the new Bake a Cake and have not received any layer rewards. What is happening?
