no four in a row bonus or access to cake bake

I have had no access to the cake baking with my team . Banner just says 'bakery opening soon' although I can see that my team members have been playing. Also I don't have the four in a row bonus side quests. I've tried signing out and back in again with no success. Its been like that for about 3 weeks

So sorry to hear about this! The Bake A Cake feature will not be available to all players at all times, sometimes we need to spread out the fun a bit. That said, we're aware that there are some issues currently with Bake a Cake.
To make sure you do not have any errors in your game, please check if your game is updated to the latest version.
