Purchase on 10/30/23 @ 10:27 am not received but I was charged

I purchased a package for $12.99 that was to include free play for 24 hours and 12 hours of boosters. My card was charged but I did not receive this package. Please refund my account. I will no longer make purchases on this game as this has happened multiple times and, although I send a message here, I get no reply or resolve.

Sorry to hear about this. Community forum can't handle purchases issues as they contain sensitive infos of the player but you may ask King Player Support (customer service) to send your missing items.
