we need more info. Rewards from what? In game event (which one) or from a purchase?
in game event, is it just 1 time issue? It probably a glitch and nothing we can do except to tell you to get the latest game app version.
from a purchase, you need to contact player support from your game app. There is a link to them in the wheel icon.
