You can report the ad to the department directly from your iPad.

Tap on the blue gear - tap on the question mark - tap on “technical & connection issues” - tap on “thanks for reaching out” - tap on “contact us”. Topic “advert issues” - subtopic “I experienced a bug with an advert”

Then submit the form.
