Gold Bars Taken After Error Msg

I wanted to add additional plays to my game to complete the level. I clicked on continue because I had almost 30 gold bars. It was supposed to give me 50 additional moves for 10 gold bars. However, I received an error message saying that the store wasn't available/open. I then tried again and it took away 20 gold bars instead of 10! I paid for those and I want my additional 10 that were taken back please!
