Losing unlimited boosters and lives

I moved to play on my computer in Windows 11, but the boosters and what I accumulated on the phone do not show up in the version on the computer, why have the boosters and unlimited lives disappeared for me?

It also happens to me in other games of the king

Boosters and lives are not items that can be transferred, I'm sorry. They are saved and remain on the device where they were first collected.

Only progress and gold bars are saved on King servers so they can be retrieved anytime anywhere once players switch devices and log in to their account.
