Logging In

Hi, I apparently had several accounts, set up years ago I imagine. Randomly, a screen came up and asked if I wanted to merge accounts. As soon as I went to the page, I was not able to log in under the user name I have been using for years.

I do not have Facebook, so I have never signed in with that. I tried resetting password for the account that I have been using for years, but it continues to show that combination of user name and password is wrong. Now the only way I can sign in is with this username, which I don't recall ever playing under. So now I am at level 1 and I lost all progress on Soda Crush on my username that I can’t log in with.

I have tried logging into both email addresses that I have. Nothing seems to work. I appreciate your help.

I suspect you merged the game account and community account; and those are 2 different accounts. A game account is used to save game progress while a Community account is used to post discussions on this forum. More info here.
